Chinese Dumplings

This is one of our favorite meals.  I rarely ever measure so here is to a questionable recipe at that.

1 package of large egg roll wrappers
1 + lb of ground pork or ground beef depending on what you like
1 head of cabbage shredded
1/2 bag of match stick carrots
1 bunch green onions diced
3tbs ish of hoisen sauce

brown meat in a large skillet.  remove meat and add cabbage, carrots, and green onion.  Once they start to cook add meat and hoisen sauce.  Mix Well
Put a spoonful of the mixture in a wrapper and close around it until they are almost a ball shape.  Put in either your rice cooker on the steaming rack or use a steamer on the stove and cook until the wrapper is almost translucent.  Take out and eat, serve with Thai red pepper sauce, or pot sticker dip.
