Need Food Fast, Asian Grill
Wil was starving after baseball. He needed Asian food fast. He ate this twice in the same night.
22 minute meal for the Win.
Sweet Chili Pork Tenderloin- Brush with Thai Sweet Chili sauce, I prefer TJ brand, and grill. Just keep brushing that sauce on the pork as you grill. Slice into medallions to serve on top of rice. Drizzle with Sweet Chili Sauce if desired.
Fried Rice- Once again Trader Joe's to the rescue. I am their biggest fan of the precooked, frozen rice.
- Grate some carrots and saute them in some butter and a tablespoon or two of sesame oil until cooked.
- Stir in some TJ's rice that has been microwaved and some soy sauce and some pepper.
- Move rice to the edge of the pan and dump a whipped egg or two in the center of the frying pan and scramble the eggs and then stir into rice.
- Throw in a handful of peas and cook for a couple more minutes. Garnish with green onions.
Probably should of served it with some Asian Chopped Salad- I actually have some in the refrigerator that I need to use but I forgot, or some steamed broccoli but honestly that didn't happen.
