Mari's White Chili

 

Mari’s White Chili

 

Sauté diced onion, 1 clove minced garlic, in 1 tablespoon oil.  Add 1 teaspoon cumin and 4+diced chicken breasts and cook until lightly browned.

 

Add 15oz undrained Northern White beans, 15oz can garbanzo beans, 12 oz can white shoe peg corn, 8 oz diced green chilis, 2 tablespoons chicken bouillion & 1 teaspoon Lemon pepper. 

 

Let simmer in Crockpot on low and serve with corn muffins & butter
