Perfect Grilled Salmon
Cloves of
Garlic
Plum

Sugar
Soy Sauce
Blend.
Marinate Salmon for 2 hrs. Grill.
Serve with
simple salad of mixed greens with pears,
walnuts and feta and roasted yellow squash.
Dressing for Salad 2 /tbsp. red wine vinegar, ½ tsp Dijon
mustard, 1 tsp honey, ¼ tsp salt, pepper, 3 tbsp Olive Oil. Blend.

Ground Pork

Scallions
1 1-Inch Piece
Ginger
1 tsp
Sesame Oil
½ Cup Soy
Glaze
¼ Cup
Panko Breadcrumbs
Combine
Pork, breadcrumbs, ginger and HALF of the sesame oil and gently mix until just
combined. Form mixture into 18-20 meatballs. In large nonstick pan, heat 1 TAB
olive oil. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, 6-8 min or until
browned and cooked through. Add soy glaze and ½ cup water, spooning glaze over
meatballs as you cook for 2 minutes until meatballs are thoroughly coated and
glaze has reduced in volume by about half.
Serve over
rice, garnish with green tops of scallions with peas on the side. BlueApron
Crook Family Favorite Grilled Chicken
½ cup soy
sauce
1 can 7-up
½ cup
vegetable oil
Blend.
Poke holes in chicken and marinate all day or overnight. Grill.
The Best Pasta Salad
1 lb pasta
Baby
tomatoes, halved
Cucumber,
chopped
Sliced
olives
McCormick
Salad Supreme seasoning
Kraft
Zesty Italian
Pepperoni,
chopped (Optional)
Combine
and refrigerate until completely chilled. Add more seasoning and dressing if
