Oven Fried Chicken

Cut 2 large or 3 small chicken breasts lengthwise into 3-4 strips each.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 

In a large Ziploc bag crush 24 ritz or saltine crackers. 

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, any  other seasoning salt that you love.

Dredge chicken in melted butter, throw in bag of crackers and coat. Put on cookie sheet lined with foil. Spray with olive oil.

Bake at 425 for 17-20 minutes.
