Potato Stackers

8 russet potatoes washed
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3 T olive oil
garlic salt
salt and pepper

cheese to spread over the top

slice the potatoes thin, use your food processor and it will save you tons of time just use your slicing blade.

add sliced potatoes, Parmesan, olive oil, garlic salt, salt and pepper to a large Ziploc.  Shake until potatoes are coated.  You can add more if the potatoes seem under seasoned for your liking.

Place sliced potatoes in greased muffin tins and sprinkle with cheese.

Cook at 400 for 25 minutes or until potatoes are soft
