Spoonful Salsa
We have tried several different salsa recipes but I would have to say that spoonful salsa, named after Wilkes who literally eats it by the spoonful, is the best. I will say it does have a kick to it so if you don't like spice you will not like this.
2 cans diced tomatoes
4 cans rotel
2 bunches of green onion
1/4 C cilantro
2 t cumin
2 t chili powder
1 heaping T of minced garlic
1-2 T lime juice, according to your liking
1T sugar
salt and pepper to taste
throw it in the food processor and you have a pretty good salsa.
For good measure a picture of the boy we named our salsa after.
